Through innovations to growth and employment in Europe
30th January 2009 - On Thursday 29th January the European Innovation Forum took place in Prague. Unicorn College was one of the partners and actively participated in the program of growth and employment in Europe.
This European Innovation Forum, which took place during the Czech EU presidency, was aimed at local, national and European innovation programs in key areas for IT industry, such as intellectual property, open and wide IT standardization, e-Skills and Career Development.
The forum brought together representatives from many ICT sector companies, the main policy-makers and other key industry players to exchange their ideas and experiences. The debate was created to inspire a stimulating environment for ICT innovation in the Czech Republic and throughout Europe.
Unicorn College became a partner of this event and its Managing Director Marek Beránek took part in panel discussions on e-Skills: how to contribute to the development of employees in the best way.
The forum was organized by CompTIA, in cooperation with SPIS. It has been holding forums since 2005 in locations such as; Warsaw, Copenhagen, Berlin, Lisbon, South Africa, Ljublana and Tallinn.
