Corporate Finance

The aim of the course is to develop basic knowledge of the management of financial resources. That decision-making in this area rational manager must have basic parameters calculated for decisions about finances. Basic methods of calculation are analyzed in lectures and practical exercises in subsequent workshops.

  4. Financial aspects of setting up a business.
  5. Financial analysis.
  6. The financial health of the company and prediction of financial situation.
  7. Floating assets of the company and its management.
  8. Sources and forms of short-term funding.
  9. Capital planning and investment decisions.
  10. Long-term budgeting of investment assets.
  11. Financial planning and allocating earnings of a company.
  12. Financial management and foreign trade enterprise.

How the course is organized

Full time study

The course consist of 12 lectures and 12 workshops, each lasting 1,5 hours.

Part time study

The course is taught in 4 tutorials, each lasting 3 hours.
