Economic History and Theory
The aim of the course is to provide students with contextual knowledge of economic history. In this course students will gain basic overview of the development of Czech and world economy.
What are you going to learn
Economics History of Europe - To understand on what grounds is the economic history of Europe based on.
Transition period & Industrialization - To get acquainted with economical changes in the world from 15th to 19th century untill nowdays.
Second Industrial Revolution - To get acquainted with economical changes in the world from 19th century untill nowdays.
How the course is organized
Full time study
The course consist of 12 lectures, each lasting 1,5 hours.
Part time study
The course is taught in 4 tutorials, each lasting 3 hours.
