Fitness

After completing the course you will be able to design a training plan, gain general knowledge of the individual muscle groups according to anatomy and physiology. You will also get an overview of the various programs used in fitness.

What are you going to learn

  1. Deep stabilization system - deep-seated stabilization muscles in the abdominal wall (lateral abdominal muscle, internal oblique abdominal muscle, paravertebral muscles around the spine, pelvic floor), which if properly involved protect the spine, keep it in a natural curvature and stabilize the movements of the whole body.
  2. Phasic and tonic muscles - according a function muscle fibres can be divided into tonic (tendency to shortening) and phasic (tendency to weaken). Stretching and stretching kinds – dynamic, active, passive, PIR, isometric stretching and static stretching.
  3. Heart rate and its use in fitness - intensity level + heart rate (light 50-65% MHR, medium 65-75% MHR, heavy 75–85% MHR, very heavy 85–92% MHR) MTF (max. heart rate).
  4. Types of training - strength, functional, health, endurance, explosive, circuit.
  5. Supercompensation - muscle growth (training phases and relax).
  6. Analysis of problematic muscles, developmental kinesiology + therapy (Vojta method).

How the course is organized

Full time study

The lesson will consist of a theoretical part, where students learn the principles of a proper workout from the anatomical and physiological points of view.
The theoretical part (approx. 30 min.) will be followed by a practical one where students will involve actively in the training unit. Before the workout, the exercises of a training unit will be described in a detail with the aim or the meaning of an exercise and the focus to a given muscle group. After an active training follows (approx 50-60 min.), where students will be individually supervised by experienced instructors.
