Keeping the customers happy is what marketing is all about. The goal of the marketing seminar is to learn the basic rules of marketing, marketing strategies and how to make the company profitable and clients satisfied and loyal. Students should know how to develop marketing analyses, define strategy, prepare marketing plan, create unique position of the company on the market, keep clients happy and reach the profit at the same time.
What are you going to learn
Introduction to marketing, marketing basics - To present the main goal of marketing and to describe the position of marketing within a company.
Product management and development. Price policy, distribution policy and branding - Product is definitely the most important part of marketing, as it satisfies clients’ needs and without a competitive product, the company cannot be successful. This session should show the product life-cycle, define process of product development and aim for innovations.
Marketing communication - Without marketing communication it will be very difficult to find clients. It is not only about communication about product and price, but also about communication of company’s activities and PR.
How the course is organized
Full time study
The course consists of 12 lectures, each lasting 1,5 hours. Workshop is also included, in the extent of 2 days.
Part time study
The course is taught in 3 tutorials, each lasting 3 hours. Workshop is also included, in the extent of 2 days.
