Learn how to elicite, identify, record and manage software requirements using use case modeling technique. Students will learn the basic ideas of requirements management, process and use case modeling.
What are you going to learn
Requirement identification - The goal is to introduce techniques for requirements identification, like brainstorming, fishbone diagram, mindmap etc.
Process modeling - Introduction to techniques for process modelling, like BPMN, EPC etc.
Use Case modeling - Requirements management within system analysis, mainly using use case analysis.
Project size estimations - Techniques of estimates of the project cost - functional points, use case body, COCOMO.
How the course is organized
Full time study
The course consist of 5 lectures and 5 seminars, each lasting 1,5 hours.
Part time study
The course consist of 3 blocks, each lasting 3 hours.
